Manuka Honey

Manuka honey is a honey produced from the nectar of the mānuka tree, which is native to New Zealand and parts of coastal Australia. It has a strong, earthy aroma and flavor. 

Manuka honey contains methylglyoxal (MGO), which gives it antibacterial properties that are better than regular honey. It is also antibacterial and bacterial resistant, meaning bacteria shouldn't be able to build up a tolerance to its antibacterial effects. 

It also has antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.
